Vroom Vroom

Apparently Donny knows how to ride a jet ski already. While at Lake Hickory, Grandmommy Susan showed Donny the jet ski. When Donny sat on the jet ski, he looked like he was ready to take it out for a spin on the lake. He even knew what sound the jet ski makes!

Full Bloom

Here are some pictures of the yard with everything in full bloom. It's hard to believe that a couple of inches of snow were on the ground six weeks before the pictures below were taken.

First Steps

Donny took his first solo steps in the kitchen on the morning of Saturday, February 21st. Ever since then, he has been walking and running everywhere. Here is the first video of Donny walking on his own.

Lawnmower Boy

At the beginning of March there was snow on the ground, but by the end of March the grass was already a few inches high. Donny wanted to help Steph mow the yard with his own lawn mower.

March Snowstorm

Greensboro received a couple of inches of snow on March 1, 2009. Even though it was cold and dark outside, the three of us enjoyed the rare sight. Donny especially enjoyed it since it was the first substantial snowfall that he had ever seen.
